Prof. Dr. Cesar Guzman is a Research and Software Engineer with a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from the Polytechnic University of Valencia in Spain. He has 18 years of professional and academic experience in computer science, software and system engineering, and more than 12 years of professional experience in applying Artificial Intelligence to solve complex problems. His core competencies lie at the intersection of multi-agent planning / execution, machine learning and space. He is currently contributing to the application of machine learning techniques to security monitoring as member of the Telespazio-led team in charge of the development of the AI Security Monitoring Platform for ESOC.
